Brady Hoke doesn’t like Denard RobinsonSeptember 29, 2011
If Brady Hoke cares about Denard Robinson he’ll move him to WR next year. We know Denard runs the spread offense with the precision of a seasoned plastic surgeon. Emphasis on the word run too. He can’t pass worth a shit and his decision making is terrible. Cam Newton was given a chance to play QB, so was Vince Young, and even Tim Tebow. They might not even let Denard run the wildcat in the NFL.
If the purpose of college is to better you’re future then Denard Robinson has it all ass backwards. I know the team comes first and Brady Hoke has a family to feed and he can’t do that if Michigan is losing. But when he got to Michigan he said he wanted to run a pro-style offense and of course D-Rob couldn’t really do that. They’ve gone back to their bread and butter, but do you think that’s going to work when they play most likely an SEC team in a bowl game? Why not prepare Denard for the NFL now and let him play WR.
Backup QB, Devin Gardner, was the #1 quarterback in the country when he came out of school in 2009. He’s 6’4″ 210 pounds. Let that boy cook and get some experience. Let Denard cook at WR, or at least see if he can play the position so that’s he’s not learning a foreign language when he does get his opportunity to play in the NFL.
