Miami Carol City High School — the high school of Ricky Ross, but in terms of football it’s home to the Carol City Chiefs. A school that has produced great high school football players like Santana and Sinorice Moss. Another notable alumni that graduated from is Flo-Rida.
Flo-Rida decided to bless his school with some new jerseys in honor of their 50th anniversary. I’ll give Flo-Rida an “A” for effort and an “F” for final product. The jersey craze that the University of Oregon started some 8 years ago has seeped it’s way into high school over the past few years. Right now…it’s just out of control on both levels and I applaud the NFL for not going crazy with the new jerseys this season.
The Carol City Chiefs won’t start rocking these jerseys until 2013, maybe that gives them some time to change their minds before they get laughed off the field.
